Tiera Skovbye is a Canadian actress. She began her career as a child actress. She is known for starring in television films such as her role playing Elizabeth Berkley in The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story (2014); for her recurring roles as Polly Cooper on The CW series Riverdale (2017-2023), as Robin on the ABC television series Once Upon a Time (2017-2018).
Skovbye's first substantial role was as the 10-year-old Jane on the drama series Painkiller Jane in 2007.
In 2018, she appeared in the horror mystery film Summer of 84.
She is also known from: Even Lambs Have Teeth (2015), Midnight Sun; The Miracle Season (both in 2018), Supernatural (2008; 2013); Dead Lines (2010); Forever 16 (2013); Christmas Icetastrophe (2014); Liar, Liar, Vampire; Arrow (both in 2015); Dead of Summer (2016); Secrets of My Stepdaughter (2017); Dirty John (2020) and Ride (2023).
