Thea Sofie Loch Næss is a Norwegian actress.
She started acting at the age of 8. She played a leading role in Eirik Svensson’s coming-of-age film 'One Night in Oslo' in 2013 and played the role of Thea in Dryads in 2015.
She played the role of the king's daughter Christina of Norway in The Last King (2016) .
In 2018 she took the role of villain Skade in a British historical drama of The Last Kingdom and played Bergliot in Saving the Human Race, played Linnea Kaupang in police detective drama Wisting (2018), and portrayed Emerald in Tyger Tyger (2019).
She also know for playing Mio in Hjerteslag (2019-2020), as Sara in A Storm for Christmas (2022), as Marja in Evil (2023), as Marie in La Palma (2024) and played Agnes / Cinderella in satirical black comedy body horror The Ugly Stepsister (2025).
In 2024 she had the lead role in the eight part biographical mini series So Long, Marianne, portraying the title character Marianne Ihlen.
She also voiced Thyra in adult animated TV series Twilight of the Gods (2024).
