Danny Hassel is an American actor, comedian, musician and veteran. Bass Player - Bassist at Victrola the Band, and who is perhaps best known for Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988), A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989) and Nightfall.
He also appeared and in the television series Columbo: Murder, A Self Portrait (1989) and Simon & Simon (1988), The New Gidget (1987), The Houston Knights (1987), in mystery series "Murder, She Wrote"(1988), The Guts And Glory: The Rise And Fall Of Oliver North (1989), Th China Lake Murders (1990), "The Outsiders"(1990), Baggerfuhrer Bob (2014) and Reunion From Hell 2 (2022).
Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, he enrolled in the military. After being discharged, he returned to television on the reality series "Devil's Brigade," undergoing the same training as the 1942 commando unit of the same name. Since then, Hassel has avoided publicity or interviews, aside from appearing in a 2010 video documentary about the "Elm Street" series' legacy.
